At Lars & Margo, we pride ourselves on our close partnerships with farmers worldwide. We work alongside farmers from South America, Central America, Africa, and Asia, including co-operatives, to bring you the most exceptional coffee beans. Our farmers are incredibly passionate about their crops and are always eager to experiment with new techniques and approaches, resulting in unparalleled coffee quality. These enthusiastic farmers play a crucial role in our mission to create outstanding coffee that delights our customers.
SMALL BATCH ROASTING.
Our coffee is skillfully roasted with these beans, focusing on quality rather than quantity. We take pride in understanding and valuing the distinct characteristics of each regional bean, such as its aroma, flavour, colour, and strength. We prefer a lighter to medium roasting style. We roast our coffee in small batches, allowing us to give the utmost care and attention that both our coffee and you deserve. We take a meticulous approach in every stage of preparing our coffee, guaranteeing its amazing taste and quality.

It brings us immense joy and pride to know that our coffee has made its way into the hearts and taste buds of discerning coffee lovers .
We predominantly offer single origins but for trade espresso, Lars & Margo blend options are becoming highly regarded. We source green beans through our merchant partners, who we owe huge thanks to. With coffees coming from all regions along the coffee belt we try and run with the harvests, providing it suits our sustainability practices.

We work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5pm but we are also work hybrid.
Visitors are welcome but please note this is a working environment where we are needing to roast and get orders underway so though we love a good catch up - occasionally we simply need to crack on so please don’t take offence.
If you’d like to buy some coffee then you are most welcome. We are now serving coffee too.
